Your Right to Withdraw an Order

If you've changed your mind about something you ordered from us, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods. Fill out the form below to submit a withdrawal request. 

Please ensure to enter the same email that you used to place the order. 

Please note:

• The 14-day window starts the day after you receive your order.
• You must submit this form before the 14 days are up. We're unable to accept withdrawal requests after this point.
• Once your withdrawal is confirmed, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Please do not return any items until the order withdrawal is confirmed by us. 
• We'll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Some products can't be withdrawn, including:

• Personalised or custom-made items
• Perishable goods (food, etc.)
• Sealed hygiene or health products that have been opened
• Digital downloads where you've already started accessing the content
• Donation 'gift for a dog in our care' products
