    Delivery Policy

    We deliver to the Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland.

    All orders placed before 12:00 GMT (Monday - Friday) are dispatched within 10 working days.

    Orders placed over the weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

    Please note, the following items may take an extra 5 - 7 working days to arrive. Thank you for your understanding and patience:

    • Items with embroidered designs such as sweatshirts
    • Canvas prints

     

    Republic of Ireland

    Standard Delivery is €5.00 and takes approximately 10 working days from the time of order and 2-3 working days from time of shipment.

    Orders of €70 or more are delivered for free. 

    Deliveries are made using Fastway. Accordingly, deliveries will arrive between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. There are no Saturday or Sunday deliveries.

    Once your order is shipped you will get an email notification with your order number. Fastway will deliver items by close of business the next working day nationwide.

    Northern Ireland

    Standard Delivery is €5.00 and takes approximately 10 working days from the time of order and 2-3 working days from time of shipment.

    Orders of €100 or more are delivered for free. 

    Europe

    Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to the UK or mainland Europe

    What is meant by 'working day'?

    Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Good Friday, and bank or public holidays.

    Returns

    We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from us. However, should you wish to return an item to us, we aim to make the process as quick and convenient as possible.

    All products (excluding sale items) are protected by a 14 Day Money-back Guarantee which, in accordance with the distance selling regulations, guarantees a full refund or product exchange if the item is returned in an unused/unopened condition, within 14 days of receiving the order. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

    All sale items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any sale item received after this will be sent back to the original delivery address.

    Note: Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume, smoke, etc.) will not be refunded and any returned items will be sent back to the original delivery address.

    All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price of the returned item(s) (delivery fees are excluded) will be credited when the parcel has been received and processed.

    The item must be returned to us unused and in as new condition with all packaging and labels intact.

    Please indicate on your delivery note the item(s) you are returning and the reason.

    Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours, we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order. Goods returned after the date shown on your delivery note cannot be refunded.

    How do I return items?

    Please notify us that you wish to return an item and please post back preferably using traceable mail. Please note that where an exchange is required we will endeavour to get the requested item, but in the case of an item being out of stock you will be notified immediately and a refund will be issued.

     

    Refunds

    All refunds will be processed in accordance with our returns policy.

    Items will be examined to ensure they are returned in good condition. An email will be sent confirming the refund.

    After you have received the email, please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

    If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered, a full refund including the delivery charge after our inspection has taken place.
